IDP is proud to announce that one of our clients, Community Buying Group, is growing and building a national name. There is an article today in the Lee’s Summit Journal about Community Buying Group and it’s founder Ben Rao.

The CommunityBuyingGroup.com web site was completed 2nd quarter of 2011. IDP built the custom web application for CBG. It is a custom PHP / MySQL web site. Members can join online and pay online. Members get discounts on building materials and services from suppliers. Members include real estate investors, landlords, contractors and property managers across the country. The web site also has a cool vendor rating system where members and can browse and find contractors with comments and ratings from other members.

IDP recently completed a web design project for Akira Spa and Salon. The new web site includes a completely new graphic design, email signup for specials, a home page video, home page slideshow tour and 20+ pages of content.
The new Akira web site was built on the Joomla content management system. Joomla CMS allows the client to login to their web site and edit their own web site content. Joomla CMS can be used to add / remove pages, edit the navigation menu and drop downs, add / remove images and update other content.
