Jill has been with IDP for over 17 years, specializing in website project planning and execution from conception through launch and beyond. She collaborates with our clients on a daily basis to define project goals and specifications. She manages our projects, coordinating with our designers, developers, and SEO strategists. She rigorously tests each project for functionality, user experience, and responsiveness at all phases of the project. She ensures that our website projects are done accurately and in a timely manner.

Jill oversees our project management system and web developer tickets. She is responsible for keeping projects organized, ensuring that work is correct, complete and client-ready. Her role also includes human resources, billing, and payroll, making her a versatile and essential member of our team.
